Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute retail marketing campaigns to support product launches, seasonal promotions, and brand initiatives.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with retail strategies.
  • Manage retail marketing calendars and ensure timely execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Work closely with the sales team to align on marketing budgets and events.
  • Support the creation of marketing materials such as wholesale catalogs and various creatives.
  • Track and analyze retail marketing performance metrics to assess campaign effectiveness.
  • Assist in developing co-branded marketing initiatives with retail partners to drive brand awareness and sales.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in retail marketing, brand marketing, or a related field (experience in beauty brands preferred).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with marketing analytics tools.
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite or other design software is a plus.
