Overview

We are looking for an innovative and data-driven Marketing Manager to lead and execute marketing strategies for our retail and distribution business, specializing in Karaoke systems and electronic gadgets. This role will drive brand visibility, product awareness, and sales performance through creative campaigns, digital presence, and strategic partnerships.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies for retail and distribution channels, focusing on Karaoke systems and electronic gadgets.
  • Drive brand visibility, product awareness, and sales performance through creative campaigns, digital marketing, and partnerships.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration with product, sales, and design teams to align on goals and messaging.
  • Plan, manage budgets, and lead campaigns from conception to measurement.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor\'s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, business administration, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing roles, including experience with marketing campaigns.
  • Experience managing teams, projects, and budgets.
  • Experience handling and marketing electronic products in retail or distribution environments preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a marketing team.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and budgets.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and marketing automation software.
  • Ability to develop creative marketing strategies and campaigns; problem-solving skills; adaptability to a changing landscape.
