Marketing and Sales Support Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Marketing and Sales Support Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing retail marketing initiatives, ensuring brand consistency across all retail channels, and driving sales through innovative marketing strategies.

This role is ideal for someone passionate about beauty, who understands retail dynamics, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute retail marketing campaigns to support product launches, seasonal promotions, and brand initiatives.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with retail strategies.
  • Manage retail marketing calendars and ensure timely execution of marketing initiatives across different retail partners.
  • Work closely with the sales team to align on marketing budgets, influencer budgets, events, and activations.
  • Create marketing materials such as wholesale catalogs, brochures, and various creatives.
  • Track and analyze retail marketing performance metrics to assess campaign effectiveness and recommend improvements.
  • Develop co-branded marketing initiatives with retail partners to drive brand awareness and sales.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor strategies, and consumer insights to inform marketing decisions.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in retail marketing, brand marketing, or a related field (experience in beauty, fashion, or lifestyle brands preferred).
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with marketing analytics tools.
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or other design software is a plus.
