The role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and collaboration with internal teams and retail partners to deliver exceptional performance and customer experience.
Position Summary:The Retail Operations Head/Head of Consignment will oversee all aspects of consignment and retail operations across Partners' retail doors in the Philippines. This position is responsible for driving sales, optimizing operational efficiency, managing inventory, and ensuring brand consistency across all retail locations. The role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and collaboration with internal teams and retail partners to deliver exceptional performance and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:Strategic LeadershipDevelop and execute retail and consignment strategies to achieve sales and profitability goals. Align operations with the overall brand vision and market growth objectives. Sales and Performance ManagementMonitor sales performance across partner retail doors.
Implement initiatives to maximize sell-through rates and revenue. Set and monitor KPIs for retail and consignment channels. Inventory and Supply Chain ManagementOversee inventory planning, allocation, and replenishment for all retail locations.
Ensure optimal stock levels to prevent stockouts and overstock situations. Coordinate with supply chain and logistics teams for timely deliveries. Relationship ManagementBuild and maintain strong partnerships with SM and Robinsons retail stakeholders.
Act as the primary liaison to resolve operational issues and align on promotions, events, and initiatives. Retail Operations ExcellenceStreamline store-level processes to enhance operational efficiency. Ensure compliance with brand standards, visual merchandising guidelines, and retail agreements.
Conduct regular store visits to assess performance and address issues. Marketing and Promotion AlignmentCollaborate with marketing teams to implement in-store campaigns and promotions. Ensure alignment between promotional activities and inventory availability.
Support the launch of new products and collections in retail doors. Team Leadership and DevelopmentLead, train, and mentor a team of consignment coordinators, store managers, and field representatives. Foster a high-performance culture focused on accountability and continuous improvement.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and develop career growth plans. Reporting and AnalysisAnalyze sales, inventory, and operational data to identify trends and opportunities. Prepare detailed reports for senior management and stakeholders.
Provide actionable recommendations to improve performance. Market Insights and Competitive AnalysisStay informed about market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities. Use insights to adapt strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
Financial ManagementManage budgets for consignment and retail operations. Monitor profitability metrics and implement cost-saving measures where necessary. Qualifications and Skills:Education:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Marketing, or a related field.
Advanced degrees or certifications in retail operations or management are a plus. Experience:8+ years of experience in retail operations or consignment management, preferably within the sportswear or fashion industry. Proven track record in managing multi-door retail operations and consignment programs.
Technical Skills:Proficiency in retail management systems, ERP software, and data analytics tools. Strong understanding of inventory management, merchandising principles, and supply chain operations. Familiarity with retail KPIs and reporting dashboards.
