Job Title: Operations Manager

Overview

A key leadership position is available for an experienced Operations Manager to lead and direct the company's operations, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and quality.

This role is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of the organization, including managing teams, projects, and resources. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in operations management, strong leadership skills, and the ability to implement process improvements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and direct operations teams to achieve business objectives
  • Develop and implement operational strategies and processes
  • Maintain high levels of employee engagement and motivation
  • Analyze and improve operational efficiency and effectiveness
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
  • 5-10 years of experience in operations/project management (mechanical contracting or construction industry)
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Proven ability to implement process improvements and lead cross-functional teams
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Knowledge of HVAC and Mechanical Works
  • Ability to work on-site as needed
Work Environment
  • Location: Muntinlupa City
  • Schedule: Monday to Saturday (8:00 am to 5:00 pm)
