  • Expected salary: ₱19,000 - ₱22,000 per month

Qualifications for DINING TEAM LEAD:

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Hotel & Restaurant Management, Business Management, or a related business course

Experience:

  • Can Start ASAP

  • Minimum 2 years experience as a Team Leader

  • At least 6 months experience in cashiering

  • At least 6 months experience as a food server

Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Satisfaction

  • Ensure all dining areas are appropriately manned and operational

  • Monitor and attend to customer needs promptly

  • Enforce company policies and ensure high service standards

2. Staff Training and Development

  • Train new dining staff on SOPs and customer service standards

  • Train assigned Cashiers on cashiering procedures and service expectations

3. Staff Discipline

  • Monitor staff adherence to company policies and standards

  • Address performance issues and recommend disciplinary actions when necessary

4. Reporting

  • Assist the Branch Manager in preparing the Daily Sales Report, Weekly Inventory, Staff training and evaluations, and other administrative and developmental work that is performed in the Branch.

5. Additional Duties

  • Perform other tasks assigned by the Branch Head, COO, or CEO as needed

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php19,000.00 - Php22,000.00 per month
