Assistant Manager Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to join our team. As a key member of the operations department, you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality of products and services at our hotels.

Job Responsibilities
  • Policies and Procedures: Develop, analyze, and implement policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency.
  • Service and Product Quality: Collaborate with department heads to establish quality audit procedures and conduct regular audits to ensure high standards.
  • Pre-opening Activities: Oversee pre-opening activities for new hotels, including coordinating with stakeholders and supervising key operating departments.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of hotel operations.
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to travel and work in Muntinlupa City.
