Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Operations Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in facilitating onboarding, coaching, and management of learning programs for a site or resource unit.

The successful candidate will utilize effective presentation and facilitation skills, including creative training techniques and adult/accelerated learning methods using various training delivery modalities.

Responsibilities include onboarding and providing initial training for new leaders, monitoring completion of daily training administrative work, ensuring transition of students from training to the work environment, and actively mentoring first and second-level leaders.
