Operations Leader

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Operations Leader to join our team. As an Operations Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our water treatment plant.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and supervise a team of operators to ensure the smooth operation of the plant.
  • Maintain high levels of quality and efficiency in the production process.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Monitor and control chemical usage and consumption.
  • Prepare accurate production reports and provide regular updates to management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize plant performance and address operational issues.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing or project environment.
  • Strong knowledge of water treatment business technology.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Effective communication and leadership abilities.
  • Able to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
  • Meticulous and detail-oriented.
  • Capable of working under minimal supervision and delivering high-quality outputs.
