We are seeking a skilled professional to join our growing team as a Customer Success Specialist.

In this role, you will manage a high volume of customer interactions via phone and email, conduct customer health checks, capture the Voice of the Customer, and build product knowledge to handle questions, objections, and customer concerns.

You will also collaborate with global teams to deliver a superior customer experience, document customer feedback, and track satisfaction metrics.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of Customer Success experience, with a strong understanding of Salesforce or similar CRM systems.

Experience in onboarding new clients or product users, conducting health checks, and client business reviews is highly desirable.

Prior success in achievement of individual and/or team sales quota/goals is also essential.

This is not an agent/rep position.
