
Customer Service Liaison

We are seeking a skilled customer support professional to work closely with our clients on Amazon Seller Central and their website. As a vital member of the team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through prompt and accurate support.
Job Responsibilities- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email and chat on both platforms, providing clear and concise information about products, orders, shipping, and returns.
- Assist customers in navigating the client's website, placing orders, and resolving technical issues, ensuring seamless shopping experiences.
- Collaborate with sales and operations teams to address customer concerns and resolve issues efficiently.
- Maintain professionalism and empathy when interacting with customers to build trust and loyalty.
- Monitor customer feedback, identifying recurring issues to proactively address them.
- Update customer records and communicate feedback or trends to relevant departments.
Minimum 2+ years of customer service experience is required.
Experience with customer service tools, such as E-desk or similar platforms, is preferred.
Excellent English communication skills, written and verbal.
Strong customer service orientation, with the ability to empathize and prioritize customer needs.
A basic understanding of e-commerce platforms, particularly Amazon Seller Central, is beneficial but not necessary.
Detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Proficiency in using email, chat, and other communication tools.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a remote team environment.
