At MCI, we are seeking a talented Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is perfect for those who enjoy interacting with customers and providing exceptional service.

The ideal candidate will have prior call center experience and possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal. They will also be proficient in English and have a high-speed internet connection at home.

Responsibilities of the job include handling inbound and outbound calls professionally, resolving customer issues efficiently, and accurately documenting interactions. The representative will also guide customers through options to find the best solutions and protect customer privacy.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous call center experience
  • Strong command of the English language
  • Typing speed of 20+ WPM
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

Additional requirements include work-from-home experience, familiarity with Windows operating systems, and the ability to multitask and self-manage effectively.
