Job Title: Senior Customer Success Executive

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for driving customer value and ensuring successful outcomes with our solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Drive Revenue Growth: Maximize revenue from existing customers by identifying growth opportunities and realizing them through upselling, cross-selling, and connected companies' acquisition.
  2. Proactively Identify Opportunities: Proactively identify growth opportunities and propose process changes needed for customers to continuously improve their efficiency and support their growth and digitization strategies.
  3. Own Customer Relationships: Own the customer relationship from board and C-levels downwards to ensure optimal value perception and insights.
  4. Act as Trusted Advisor: Act as a trusted advisor for customers' top management, Board members, and other key decision makers.
Requirements
  • Experience in Banking or Fintech Sector: At least 7 years of experience within the banking or fintech sector, with at least 3 years in Senior/Manager positions.
  • Strategic Thinking: Strong leadership presence, excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and outstanding negotiation skills.
