Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to assist with migrating information from our current platform to a new system. The ideal candidate will have experience in data migration, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently to meet project deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Copied textual information accurately from the existing platform to the new system
  2. Transferred photos and videos from the old platform to the new one, ensuring proper organization and tagging
  3. Verified that transferred media files (photos and videos) were correctly uploaded and accessible in the new system
  4. Proofread and edited transferred textual content for grammatical errors and typos
  5. Maintained consistency in formatting across transferred data
  6. Maintained organized records of all transferred information, including text, photos, and videos
  7. Reported any discrepancies or issues encountered during the transfer process, especially with media files
  8. Collaborated with team members to ensure all necessary information and media were transferred completely
  9. Met daily or weekly transfer targets as set by the project manager
  10. Maintained confidentiality of all data handled during the transfer process
Required Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in data migration projects, preferably in a similar industry
  • Strong knowledge of database management systems and data transformation techniques
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and ability to maintain data integrity
  • Effective English communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A good workstation setup, including:
    • A reliable computer with up-to-date operating system
    • A stable high-speed internet connection
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with Click-Up and Google Drive Suite
  • Knowledge of data privacy and security best practices
