Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Digital Building Specialist to play a key role in delivering high-quality fault detection and diagnostics products to clients and partners.

This involves collaborating on project implementations, managing timelines, and ensuring precise delivery of Clockworks analytics solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional fault detection and diagnostics products to clients and partners.
  • Collaborate on project implementations and communicate milestones effectively.
  • Conduct activities such as data collection service installation, data discovery, and organization.
  • Troubleshoot diagnostics for automated fault detection on customer HVAC equipment.
  • Review findings and validate results reported by software tools.
  • Train and engage customers and partners on data transfer services, data connectivity, and related networking issues.
Required Qualifications:
  • Motivated individual with strong technical aptitude.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients and partners.
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field, or 1–2 years of relevant industry experience.
  • 1–2 years of hands-on experience in HVAC, controls, or fault detection and diagnostics.
Technical Knowledge:
  • Familiarity with BAS protocols such as BACnet, OBIX, and Modbus.
  • Understanding of BAS networking principles.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Experience:
  • Experience with automated ongoing commissioning, fault detection and diagnostics, performance measurement, and verification.
  • Familiarity with metadata applications such as Project Haystack.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel.
