About the Role

We are seeking a skilled IT professional to provide technical support and resources to our global team.

This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building productive working relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Resolve customer computer and application issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Manage the IT ticket queue efficiently, ensuring all issues are documented and resolved within established service level agreements.
  • Administer employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including workstation configuration and system access.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to maintain vendor payment processes.
  • Enforce internal policies for patch management and other critical IT procedures.

The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, with experience in end-user operating systems and server administration.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent IT engineering experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in computer-related technical support.
  • Proficiency in virtualization technologies such as VMware, Hyper-V, and EC2.
  • Familiarity with Single Sign On platforms.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Working Conditions

This role requires flexibility to work outside of regular business hours due to the global nature of our team.
