We are seeking a highly skilled professional to spearhead the full-scale migration of our operations into a leading business platform. The ideal candidate will have expertise in migrating legacy systems into cloud-based applications and ensuring seamless data transfer.

  • Migrate legacy systems into cloud-based applications, including inventory management, customer database, sales tracking, invoicing, and third-party integrations.
  • Ensure smooth data transfer of customer information, inventory SKUs, order history, and billing systems.
  • Set up user roles, permissions, and workflows in the Zoho ecosystem.
  • Integrate the Zoho platform with external platforms for e-commerce, shipping, payment, and communication.
  • Train internal stakeholders on the platform's features and best practices.
  • Provide ongoing system administration, upgrades, and issue resolution.
  • Develop reports and dashboards for business performance tracking.
Qualifications
  • A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience with the Zoho platform, including CRM, Inventory, Books, Desk, and Creator.
  • A proven track record in full-cycle migration projects and post-launch system management.
  • Proficiency in Deluge scripting, client-side scripting (JavaScript), and building custom workflows.
  • Experience in integrating APIs and tools like QuickBooks, Shopify, Google Workspace, and Slack.
  • Skills in automation platforms like Zapier, Make (Integromat), or Pabbly.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent English communication skills (both written and spoken).
