Estimator Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced estimator to perform takeoffs, manage RFPs, assemble estimates, and ensure accurate updates based on revised drawings.

This is a mid-senior level, full-time position that can be done remotely from 9 AM - 5 PM EST (9 PM to 5 AM PH time).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct takeoffs based on received drawings
  • Send out and track RFPs to ensure timely responses
  • Assemble full estimates for each project with accuracy
  • Incorporate updates and changes based on revised drawings
  • Manage multiple projects efficiently while ensuring high-quality work
  • Collaborate with teams to ensure project requirements are met
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as an estimator or in a similar role
  • Proficiency in handling multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Experience with project management tools like Monday.com
