Job Title: Project Cost Estimator

A detail-oriented and skilled Project Cost Estimator is sought after to join our team. As a key player in our construction process, you will be responsible for accurately estimating project costs from construction drawings and specifications.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in estimating and takeoffs, with the ability to read and interpret complex construction plans. Proficiency in Smart Glazier software is essential for detailed takeoffs and estimates.

The role requires collaboration with project managers and other team members to ensure accurate budgeting and project execution. You will also be responsible for organizing and tracking data using Google Sheets for up-to-date information.

In addition, you will identify potential issues or discrepancies in plans and recommend solutions. Effective communication with team members is crucial to meet deadlines.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in estimating and takeoffs in the construction industry.
  • Strong ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
  • Proficiency in Smart Glazier and Google Sheets.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
