Senior Project Estimator Role

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Project Estimator to join our team. As a key member of our project management group, you will play a critical role in driving the success of our construction projects.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of construction methods and materials, as well as excellent analytical and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Gather and organize project information to identify missing or conflicting scope details.
  • Perform quantity takeoffs using specialized software for commercial construction projects.
  • Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to review construction documents and plans.
  • Develop detailed estimates of the scope of work using Microsoft Excel and existing cost information.
  • Build strong relationships with project teams and maintain open lines of communication.
Qualifications
  • Degree in construction, engineering, business management, finance, accounting, or related field is preferred.
  • Extensive knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry standards.
  • Proficiency in electronic takeoff software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
