Healthcare Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze market trends to identify business development opportunities
  • Establish relationships with healthcare decision-makers to promote staffing services
  • Conduct requirements analysis to understand customer needs
  • Present customized staffing solutions to potential clients and negotiate agreements
  • Collaborate with recruiters to match candidates to job requirements
  • Direct prospects to account executives when necessary
  • Manage objections to maintain a positive company reputation
  • Achieve sales targets and facilitate future sales growth
  • Document calls and sales notes
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a telesales executive in a staffing agency catering to US markets
  • History of meeting sales quotas, preferably over the phone
  • Ability to adapt to different markets focused on healthcare recruitment
  • Exceptional English language skills are essential
  • Excellent communication and high emotional intelligence
  • Familiarity with relevant sales and recruitment tools
  • Solid experience using Google G-Suite and softphones
  • Outstanding negotiation skills to resolve issues and address complaints
  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
