Job Title: Healthcare Assistant/HR

Job Description:

As a key member of our healthcare team, we are seeking an organized and proactive Health Clerical Assistant with a background in Human Resources to support administrative tasks related to patient care and HR functions.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing clerical duties such as answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, maintaining patient records, and assisting with HR tasks including employee onboarding, maintaining personnel files, and processing payroll.

They must ensure all healthcare documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with regulations while coordinating with healthcare professionals to streamline administrative processes.

Additionally, the successful candidate will provide administrative support to HR team members and assist with employee relations activities, maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion, and assist with inventory management and ordering of medical supplies.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Health Administration, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clerical or administrative role within a healthcare setting
  • Basic understanding of HR principles and practices
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
