We are seeking a highly skilled Remote Customer Service Professional to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences through inbound and outbound calls.

You will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and promoting products and services while maintaining a high level of professionalism. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle incoming and outgoing calls with courtesy and efficiency.
  • Resolve customer complaints through effective problem-solving.
  • Research and retrieve information across systems to support customer needs.
  • Document interactions and process claims accurately.
  • Guide customers through available options to find the best solutions.
  • Follow established scripts, policies, and procedures.
  • Protect customer confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.
  • Evaluate complex issues and escalate them to relevant team members when necessary.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
  • Prior call center experience preferred.
  • Excellent English language proficiency, both spoken and written.
  • Able to type at least 20 words per minute.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Basic understanding of Windows operating systems.
  • Strong troubleshooting and follow-up skills.
  • Able to multitask and self-manage effectively.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
