Job Title: Remote Customer Service Representative

The Role:- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email or chat in a professional and courteous manner.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate seamless order processing and delivery.
- Escalate complex customer feedback as required.
- Identify new business opportunities through lead follow-up and client research.
- Meet with potential clients to understand their needs and provide relevant solutions.
- Manage the sales process to close new business deals.
- Nurture existing client relationships to drive long-term growth.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly activity and revenue targets.
- At least 6 months of call center experience
- Excellent English language skills (written and spoken)
- Own computer, Microsoft Office suite, reliable internet service, and telephone
- Strong computer and typing skills
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Willngness to learn and adapt
