We are seeking enthusiastic remote professionals to support a range of customer service initiatives for diverse clients.

In this role, you will handle incoming inquiries, proactively reach out to existing customers, and promote new products and services while delivering exceptional service.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Handling calls professionally and efficiently.
  • Resolving customer issues on the first call through effective problem-solving.
  • Researching and retrieving information across systems to support customer needs.
  • Accurately documenting interactions and processing claims.
  • Guiding customers through options to find the best solutions.
  • Following scripts, policies, and procedures while using available resources.
  • Protecting customer privacy and handling sensitive information appropriately.
  • Escalating complex issues to the appropriate team members.
  • Staying current with training, updates, and program knowledge.

To be considered for this position, you must have prior customer service experience, reside within 80 km of our office, and possess strong proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
