
Frontline Client Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill a frontline role in our remote team. The Client Liaison will manage real-time communication with high-value clients via various channels.
Key Responsibilities:- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, providing timely and effective support via chat, voice, and email
- Handle sensitive feedback and high-stakes interactions with empathy and professionalism
- Resolve service issues directly when possible, escalating critical concerns with full context
- Adapt tone and language to match client personalities while maintaining a consistent brand voice
- Document all client interactions in a centralized system
- Track onboarding progress, status reports, and contract communications
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet client needs promptly
- Uphold a 10-minute maximum response time during working hours
- Participate in ongoing training to stay aligned with SOPs and client strategies
This is a dynamic role that requires exceptional written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to manage demanding personalities and de-escalate tense situations.
Qualifications:- Minimum 3 years of experience in a client-facing role (chat, phone, email)
- Proven track record of handling high-profile or VIP clients
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable working 12-hour shifts and rotating rest days
- Familiarity with ClickUp, Google Workspace, Zoom, and other relevant tools
12-hour shifts | Rotating rest days (no weekends off) Central Time (8 AM – 5 PM)
