Client Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing inbound client inquiries and troubleshooting issues faced by clients.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both over the phone and via email, and be able to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Head Client Manager in resolving client concerns effectively.
  • Gather information about client issues through training and experience.
  • Develop skills in handling various client inquiries independently.
  • Provide timely and accurate responses to clients, ensuring their concerns are resolved efficiently.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure clear, professional communication.
  • Promptly seek clarification and ask questions to ensure responses meet client expectations.

Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of experience in client management or communication.
  • Confident in phone communication, capable of troubleshooting frustrated clients.
  • Proficient in DocuSign and PDF editing applications.
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills.
  • A team player who asks questions for clarity.
