Technical Support Role

We seek a customer-focused Technical Support Specialist to join our team. This role primarily supports clients in the PropTech and brokerage sectors via phone, email, and live chat.

This is a fast-paced, metrics-driven position that requires strong problem-solving skills and excellent communication abilities. You will be handling technical issues, ensuring customer satisfaction, and meeting performance goals.

Responsibilities
  • Provide frontline technical support via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Troubleshoot issues using SOPs, process guides, and provided tools.
  • Manage support tickets and inquiries, ensuring SLA and CSAT targets are met.
  • Collaborate with leadership for coaching, feedback, and training reviews.
  • Adapt between support channels (email, chat, phone) depending on business needs.
Training Path
  • Intensive product training.
  • Email ticket management with daily performance goals.
  • Chat or phone support transition after email training.
  • Ongoing aggressive training with assessments, coaching, and documentation.
Requirements

Must-Haves:

  • Strong internet connection.
  • Previous experience in technical support or customer success.
  • Live chat, phone, and email support experience.
  • Clear, professional communication skills.
  • Ability to meet KPIs and SLA goals.
