Job Title:

Achieving Success through Client Engagement

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute effective onboarding strategies for new clients.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing queries and concerns in a timely manner.
  • Manage client interactions, updates, and pipelines using CRM tools.
  • Collect and analyze client feedback to inform product improvements.
  • Track and report on customer success metrics, adoption rates, and overall account health.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Experience: 6-12 months in client-facing roles, preferably in sales or customer success.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and data analysis software.
  • Tech-savvy and detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
  • Proactive and customer-focused mindset with a passion for growth in the SaaS industry.
