Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate campaign updates, insights, and recommendations to clients in a clear and concise manner.
  • Address client concerns promptly and maintain positive, long-lasting relationships.
Project and Campaign Coordination
  • Collaborate with internal teams to manage campaigns, setting timelines and managing expectations to ensure timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Align campaign execution with client needs, ensuring seamless integration and maximum ROI.
Account Growth and Upselling
  • Identify opportunities for service expansion and develop strategies to increase revenue.
  • Support contract renewals and propose enhancements to existing services.
  • Work closely with sales teams to develop targeted proposals that meet clients' evolving needs.
Performance Reporting
  • Prepare comprehensive performance reports, providing actionable insights and data-driven recommendations.
  • Review KPIs with clients, adjusting strategies accordingly to optimize results.
Industry Awareness and Strategy
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
