
Client Partnerships Specialist

Nurturing long-term partnerships with high-value clients is crucial for driving revenue growth and business expansion. To achieve this, you will focus on delivering exceptional customer service, identifying new opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, and maintaining accurate records in CRM systems.
The ideal candidate will possess strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage high-net-worth clientele effectively. They should also have a proven track record of success in outbound sales, upselling, cross-selling, or renewals, as well as active listening, empathy, and conflict-resolution abilities.
Experience working with technical products, particularly home automation and luxury systems, is highly desirable. Additionally, you should be comfortable handling conversations around high-ticket upgrades exceeding $20,000. This mid-senior level position requires 4+ years of experience in customer success or outbound sales roles.
Key Responsibilities:- Engage with existing clients through outbound sales calls to identify service and upgrade opportunities.
- Partner with marketing teams to sell maintenance contracts and ensure ongoing client engagement.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients through post-purchase follow-ups, driving referrals and ensuring seamless customer experiences.
