Sales Development Representative Role Summary
As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth through targeted outreach and follow-up activities. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with potential clients, ensuring their needs are met, and providing exceptional customer service.
- Cold Calling: Engage with potential clients via phone, using proven scripts to introduce our offer and schedule meetings.
- Follow-Ups: Manage ongoing lead engagement via email, SMS, and phone, handling objections, answering questions, and rescheduling as needed.
- CRM Ownership: Maintain accurate records of all interactions in our CRM system, ensuring seamless communication and minimizing lead abandonment.
- Calendar Coordination: Ensure our sales calendar is consistently filled with qualified, prepared leads, and handle any reschedules or no-shows.
- Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in our outreach or scheduling processes and suggest data-driven improvements.
- Fluent English speaker with a neutral or American-sounding accent, confident on cold calls and polished in writing.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with excellent time management skills.
- Proficient in using tools like Pipedrive, Slack, Google Calendar, and Zoom.
- Familiarity with Amazon FBA sellers is a significant advantage.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and responsive during working hours.
- Fast-paced, collaborative work environment with high accountability and mutual trust.
- Clear processes and scripts provided, but you'll own your outcomes.
