Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for resolving technical issues and providing exceptional customer service.

Job Description:

In this role, you will receive and respond to technical customer service requests via various channels. You will utilize various databases to select the best processing method and explain the solution to the client in order to resolve the inquiry. Additionally, you will maintain accurate and complete records of all inquiries and problems handled.

You will operate a personal computer, mainframe, software packages, and front-end programs related to the client. Your primary goal is to provide timely and effective solutions to technical issues, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Typically No Relevant Experience Required
Key Responsibilities:
  • Resolves client and/or merchant technical support issues relating to point of service (POS) products
  • Provides standardized responses by utilizing established documentation and processes
  • Maintains accurate and complete records of all inquiries and problems handled
