Job Role Overview

This hiring position is for a part-time recruiter who will be responsible for attracting and hiring top-quality security guards.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, an understanding of recruiting best practices, and the ability to engage candidates in a competitive labor market.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop effective recruiting strategies to attract qualified security guard candidates.
  • Screen resumes, conduct phone screenings, and schedule interviews.
  • Collaborate with the hiring manager to understand staffing needs and role requirements.
  • Maintain a candidate pipeline to ensure adequate staffing levels for contracts.
  • Assist candidates through the onboarding process, including background checks, licensing, and training compliance.
Essential Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in recruiting, HR, or staffing (minimum 2 years preferred)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), job boards, and social media recruiting
