Recruiting Manager Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Recruiting Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented professional to lead our recruitment efforts and drive business success.

About the Role:

  • Provide strategic leadership to the recruitment team, ensuring effective workforce planning and talent acquisition strategies are in place.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment plans to attract top IT talent in Latin America.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand position requirements and advise on market trends to ensure timely and efficient hiring decisions.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and identify areas for improvement.
  • Partner with recruiters and other teams to drive the recruitment process and ensure seamless candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the development and implementation of recruitment strategies aligned with business objectives.
  2. Manage recruitment budgets and forecast future needs to ensure optimal resource allocation.
  3. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop compelling job descriptions.
  4. Build and maintain relationships with passive and active candidates to establish a vast network of potential hires.
  5. Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and regional labor markets.

Requirements:

  • Possess a deep understanding of the end-to-end recruitment process and ability to analyze complex data sets.
  • Proven experience working as a Recruiting Manager, with a track record of delivering successful recruitment campaigns.
  • Able to develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies, including pipeline development and collaborative hiring processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and candidates.
