Job Overview

The Client Services Manager is a key leadership role, responsible for managing and leading a team of virtual assistants to ensure congruence between their performance and client expectations.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement day-to-day planning strategies, operations, and problem-solving initiatives for a team of Medical Client-VA pairs to meet required targets set by clients.
  • Collaborate with clients to create task lists for productivity and profitability of their businesses and Client-VA pairs.
  • Work closely with clients to help grow their businesses using Global Medical services as a Client Services Manager.
  • Medical Client-VA management, including managing clients and their needs with Global Medical's services.

Requirements:
  • A degree in a medical or healthcare-related field is preferred.
  • At least three years of experience in Healthcare/Medical Management/Remote Management, with familiarity with operational processes.
  • Highly proficient in the English Language (both written and oral).
  • Ability to perform under pressure and work alongside high-level professionals in a team environment.
  • Self-starter and highly motivated, with a growth mindset.
  • At least one year of Training and Development experience (preferred but not required).
  • Ability to think outside the box and create solutions when necessary.
  • Efficient use of MS Office applications and Google Suite.
  • Open to working night shifts.
