About the role

This is a full-time Healthcare Account Operations Manager | Account Receivable position located in Pasay City, Metro Manila. Reporting to the Director of Operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and accounting activities for a key healthcare client. This is a critical role that will contribute to the overall success of the company's healthcare services business.

What you'll be doing

  1. Manage a team of account representatives and support staff to ensure timely and accurate processing of healthcare claims and account receivables
  2. Establish and maintain strong working relationships with the client's billing and finance teams
  3. Analyse operational and financial data to identify trends, issues and opportunities for process improvement
  4. Develop and implement effective policies, procedures and controls to optimise account management and collections
  5. Provide regular reporting to internal and client stakeholders on key performance metrics
  6. Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve complex billing and reimbursement issues
  7. Coach, mentor and develop the skills of the account management team

What we're looking for

  1. 2 to 3 years of experience in healthcare account management, revenue cycle management or related field
  2. Demonstrated expertise in medical billing, coding and collections processes
  3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret financial data
  4. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  5. Experience leading and developing high-performing teams
  6. Proficiency with relevant accounting and operations management software
  7. Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field
