Job Responsibilities :

Responsible for overseeing daily QMC operations

Visa application processing

Managing a team of 15-40 employees.

Ensure high service standards, optimal resource use, and regulatory compliance.

Monitor performance, manage escalations, and maintain team satisfaction.

Train and mentor staff, assign duties based on trend analysis, and collaborate with HR, Value-Added Services, and Accounts departments.

Ensure smooth operations, minimal escalations, and adherence to SOPs.

Qualifications:

Must have 5-7 years of experience in healthcare operations and 2-3 years in a supervisory role, with strong leadership and communication skills. Proficient in MS Office and customized software.
