About the role

As the Team Leader End to End Claims, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of customer service representatives at access healthcare, a leading healthcare business process outsourcing (BPO) provider. In this full-time, on-site role based in Pasay City, Metro Manila, you will be overseeing the end-to-end claims processing operations and ensuring exceptional customer service and efficient claims management.

What you'll be doing

  1. Supervise and coach a team of customer service representatives handling medical claims processing
  2. Ensure accurate and timely processing of claims, adhering to established service level agreements (SLAs)
  3. Implement and monitor quality assurance processes to maintain high standards of service
  4. Identify training needs and provide ongoing development opportunities for team members
  5. Analyse team and individual performance metrics to drive continuous improvement
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex claims and escalate issues as needed
  7. Foster a positive team culture and encourage employee engagement

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory or team leader role within a customer service or claims processing environment, preferably in the healthcare industry
  2. Proven track record of managing a team and driving performance improvements
  3. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills with the ability to work under pressure
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead and motivate a team
  5. In-depth understanding of medical claims processing, insurance policies, and regulatory requirements
  6. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and comfortable with using data analytics tools
