Warehouse Operations Manager

The successful candidate will oversee the day-to-day warehouse operations ensuring alignment with company policies and strategic vision.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage overall warehouse operations, including inbound and outbound processes
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Conduct studies and provide recommendations to management for strategic initiatives
  • Analyze data to identify areas of improvement and implement changes
  • Develop and implement effective cost-saving strategies
  • Oversee inventory management, including stock levels and storage
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth warehouse operations
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with warehouse operations

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field
  • 8-10 years of experience in warehouse operations or a related field
  • Excellent leadership and analytical skills
  • Strong knowledge of warehousing KPIs and metrics
  • Experience with warehouse management software and databases
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
