Job Title: Inventory Operations Director

We are seeking an experienced Inventory Operations Director to oversee the day-to-day inventory management activities.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversight of overall warehouse operations, ensuring seamless execution and meeting business objectives.
  • Development and implementation of strategic plans to optimize warehouse efficiency and productivity.
  • Analysis of data and reports to identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Maintenance of accurate and up-to-date inventory records, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Collaboration with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • A minimum of 8 years' experience in warehouse operations, preferably in a supervisory or managerial role.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with various stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with warehouse management software and systems, with the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on achieving results and driving business growth.
