What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate brings tangible accomplishments and solid operational experience in the BPO industry . You are not just a strategist—you're a doer. You understand the big picture but aren't afraid to roll up your sleeves and dive deep when needed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee day-to-day operations across multiple campaigns or programs

  • Drive performance metrics (SLAs, KPIs, client satisfaction, efficiency targets)

  • Develop and implement strategies to scale operations and improve service delivery

  • Collaborate closely with clients and cross-functional teams to ensure operational alignment

  • Lead, coach, and inspire a high-performing team of managers and supervisors

  • Identify areas for improvement and implement continuous process enhancements

  • Manage budgets, forecast volumes, and control costs effectively

Qualifications

  • At least 10 years of leadership experience in the BPO sector, with a strong background in Operations Management

  • Demonstrated business acumen , with a deep understanding of client needs and industry trends

  • Proven ability to manage and develop large teams with a focus on performance and engagement

  • Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and organizational skills

  • Willingness to be hands-on and personally drive outcomes when necessary

  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Willing to work on-site and visit the 3 sites of the company as scheduled or necessary (Ortigas, Antipolo, Tarlac)
