We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Director to lead our operational activities and contribute to the company's overall strategic direction.

This role will oversee day-to-day operational activities, manage Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and supervise teams. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership qualities, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Ensure proper planning, staffing, and direction of operational functions
  • Manage and supervise teams to achieve optimal performance
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and engagement
  • Analyze reports and statistical data to measure production levels and identify areas for improvement
  • Develop customized reporting to track operational statistics and results
  • Create solutions to improve business performance and partner success
  • Use data analysis and critical thinking to resolve ad hoc issues
  • Motivate teams through relationship building and real-time coaching
  • Develop and deploy incentive programs to drive desired outcomes
  • Authorize and coordinate changes in staffing schedules
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues
Requirements:
  • Post-secondary education in Business or Commerce (or related field)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the contact center industry
  • At least 3 years of experience in an Operations Management role
  • Experience in client relationship management and employee development/coaching
  • Excellent communication skills; listening, verbal, and written
  • Able to assess the 'big picture' and draw connections between inputs and outputs
  • Possess leadership qualities such as critical thinking and problem solving
  • Ability to use spreadsheet applications to maintain and develop operational and financial data reporting
  • Ability to type 30 WPM with accuracy
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team setting within a fast-paced environment
