
Global Sales Partnerships Manager

Job Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of recruitment agencies across the globe
- Identify and develop new agent partnerships in strategic international markets
- Facilitate business meetings and webinars to drive application conversion rates
- Attend industry events and establish strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Monitor agency performance and optimize conversion rates
- Track activities, leads, and commissions using Zoho CRM
- Contribute to weekly sales meetings and collaborate on ideas to meet KPIs
- Provide occasional support to students when required
- Participate in online and in-person team meetings
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- Minimum 3 years' experience in sales, account management, or international recruitment
- Familiarity with CRM tools and data-driven decision making
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with English fluency required
- Demonstrated success in meeting sales targets and growing accounts
- Organized, analytical, and goal-oriented mindset
