Job Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of recruitment agencies across the globe
  • Identify and develop new agent partnerships in strategic international markets
  • Facilitate business meetings and webinars to drive application conversion rates
  • Attend industry events and establish strong relationships with key stakeholders
  • Monitor agency performance and optimize conversion rates
  • Track activities, leads, and commissions using Zoho CRM
  • Contribute to weekly sales meetings and collaborate on ideas to meet KPIs
  • Provide occasional support to students when required
  • Participate in online and in-person team meetings

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in any field
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in sales, account management, or international recruitment
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and data-driven decision making
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with English fluency required
  • Demonstrated success in meeting sales targets and growing accounts
  • Organized, analytical, and goal-oriented mindset
