Strategic Leader for Global Partnerships

We seek a seasoned professional to spearhead our business development and partnership efforts with key players in the global technology sector.

About the Role

The Strategic Leader will be responsible for designing and executing a go-to-market strategy to drive revenue growth through partnerships. This role will work closely with partners throughout their sales cycles, ensuring seamless collaboration and delivering open-source solutions at scale to enterprise customers.

  • Owning and driving partner strategy, forecast, bookings, and revenues.
  • Leading a team towards accelerated revenue growth through strategic partnerships.
  • Establishing and maintaining executive-level relationships with partners.
Main Responsibilities

This role involves owning the strategy, sell-to, sell-through, and sell-with motions with all partners, as well as promoting our partnership-related activities - from campaigns, to strategic opportunities, and partner-related events (including annual executive summits).

Requirements

We are looking for someone with experience in alliance and indirect sales management roles, preferably in the GSI sector. The ideal candidate will have deep commercial expertise encompassing revenue and margins, proven leadership and presentation skills, insight into open source, Ubuntu, and industry trends, a track record of data-driven decision-making, and an autonomous, disciplined, hands-on approach.
