We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Virtual Operations Coordinator to join our team at Cyberbacker. In this role, you will play a crucial part in overseeing daily activities, ensuring seamless communication with clients, and maintaining our digital presence.

About the Role:

  • Calendar Management: You will be responsible for coordinating meetings, webinars, and appointments using Calendly, Zoom, and Google Calendar.
  • Email Management: Manage emails efficiently, responding to client inquiries and sending reminders as needed.
  • Organizing Virtual Files: Ensure all virtual files are well-organized and easily accessible.
  • Data Entry: Accurately add leads and contacts to our database.
  • To-Do List Management: Assist in creating and managing daily to-do lists to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Client Communication: Reach out to clients for reminders and setup appointments when necessary.
  • Message Taking: Take important messages or respond to basic inquiries on behalf of the team.
  • Scheduling: Send reminders or invitations through the preferred platform (call, email, or text).
  • System Development: Help create a system to synchronize all platforms, including Calendly, Zoom, and Google Calendar.
  • Administrative Tasks: Oversee various administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Must have excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in calendar management tools, such as Calendly, Zoom, and Google Calendar.
  • Familiarity with email management software and data entry systems.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits, including health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
