About this Opportunity

As a Transformation Lead, you will be responsible for analyzing and diagnosing specific areas of business, providing recommendations, and implementing changes and improvements. You will apply broad-based knowledge and experience to help design, develop, and implement strategic improvement plans.

You will critically assess existing processes, analyze data and available technology, redesign the processes/optimize them, and prepare a to-be state which will be implemented under your supervision.

Main Responsibilities
  • Critically evaluate our current processes and analyze data to identify performance gaps.
  • Design, plan, manage, and organize projects and business initiatives to deliver features required to generate tangible benefits for the organization.
  • Maintain relationships with key project stakeholders and decision-makers, and present findings to project steering committees.
  • Perform quantitative data analysis, interpret data, and provide business users with key insights for informed decision-making.
  • Lead a team of colleagues, influence team members, and engage them in collaborative decision-making.
  • Facilitate communication between business users and technical users, lead discussions, and support both business and technical roles on your project.
Key Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in banking, fintech or financial services.
  • Experience in data analysis, problem identification, hypothesis creation, data collection, and presenting findings.
  • Background in project management or as a product owner is highly desirable.
  • Expertise in monitoring and building dashboards.
  • Effective listening, speaking, and presentation skills.
  • Experience in managing a team to implement projects or changes.
