Overview:

ING Hubs Philippines is looking for an eperienced Project Manager to work with the Transformation Center of Epertise and business/support teams, to drive and oversee day to day eecution of organizational strategic projects.

Change Eecution Professional orchestrates the delivery of comple change initiatives (across Functions, Tribes, Borders and/or Business Lines) to deliver transformational change for the business

If you are good at:

• Leading and driving change and transformation projects
• Business strategy implementation
• Partnering with Business Leaders and Partners on driving the realization of projects
• Initiating, setting up, and structuring initiatives and projects on people, process and technology
• Monitoring the progress and delivery of change initiatives and track remediation of (potential) issues
• Conducting change impact analysis, assess change readiness and eperienced on embedding change management in strategic projects
• Updating stakeholders on status, risk and issues
• Identifying and managing project dependencies and has capability to have foresight on possible impediments/issues of the change
• Managing vendors and project resources including all necessary logistic
• Empowering project management and change management capability in the organization

If you are:

• Someone who has at least 10 years of eperience in project management or HR, with at least 4 years eperience in leading HR transformation / strategic projects
• Someone who possesses strong organization, communication and stakeholder management skills and is able to able to ehibit cross-functional implementation
• Someone who has a solid understanding of how people go through change and the change process
• Eperience and knowledgeable of change management principles, methodologies, and tools
• Someone who possess ecellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills and also have the ability to adapt to a constantly changing environment
• Fleible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations
• Resilient and tenacious with a propensity to persevere
• Forward looking with a holistic approach
• Organized with a natural inclination for planning strategy and tactics
• Problem solving and root cause identification skills
• Able to work effectively at all levels in an organization
• Must be a team player and able to work collaboratively with and through others
• Acute business acumen and understanding of organizational issues and challenges
• Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle
• Eperience with large-scale organizational change efforts
• A foundational understanding of how operations (end-to-end process) will be valuable

• Organize, manage and implement comple change projects and create strategic programs in partnership with the business that will add value to the organization.
• Define roadmaps, developing and delivering solutions, and change steering
• Take an agile approach to eecuting change initiatives
• Drive results through strong influencing skills
• Work with local and global project teams and stakeholders
• Identify, analyze and prepare risk mitigation tactics
• Complete change management assessments and create actionable deliverables for the five change management levers that is integrated with the project management plan i.e. communications plan, sponsor roadmap, coaching plan, training plan, resistance management plan
