About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Transformation and Change Leadership Expert to join our team. As a key member of our human capital practice, you will play a critical role in helping clients achieve extraordinary business results through their people.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead complex transformation projects from strategy to execution, delivering sustainable value through people culture and change.
  • Develop and implement strategies to maximize organizational and HR performance, establishing a culture focused on optimizing business value.
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders, executives, and internal teams to determine and lead new opportunities, driving growth and adding value to client portfolios.
  • Manage teams to ensure on-time delivery and achievement of outcomes, developing junior consultants through guidance and coaching.
  • Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, maintaining continuous communication to uplift programs and capabilities.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience within human capital domain, with problem-solving skills and ability to work in dynamic environments with senior stakeholders.
  • Project leadership experience handling multiple projects simultaneously, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience managing, coaching, and mentoring junior team members, with ability to build and sustain client relationships.
  • Good subject matter knowledge across HR/workforce-related capabilities such as HR transformation, change management, leadership, and organization design.
