Roles and Responsibilities1. Strategy and PlanningDesign and execute change management strategies aligned with business objectives. Assess change impacts and identify risks to define scope and readiness.

Collaborate with key stakeholders to integrate change plans into project delivery and timelines.2. Stakeholder Engagement and CommunicationEngage key stakeholders through targeted communication and alignment strategies. Facilitate sessions to drive awareness, support, and buy-in for change initiatives.

Serve as a bridge between project teams and business units to ensure cohesive execution.3. Training and EnablementDevelop and deliver targeted training strategies to support successful transitions. Equip employees with necessary skills and tools, and refine programs based on feedback and effectiveness.4.

Change Readiness and AdoptionAssess organizational readiness, track adoption metrics, and address resistance to drive successful change. Coach leaders and change agents to foster engagement and sustained adoption.5. Risk and Issue ManagementManage change-related risks through tracking, escalation, and contingency planning to ensure smooth transitions.6.

Continuous Improvement and ReportingEvaluate change impact using feedback and metrics; report progress and adoption. Apply lessons learned and industry best practices to continuously improve change strategies.7. Collaboration and LeadershipCollaborate across teams to drive cohesive change execution and promote best practices.

Champion a culture of agility and continuous improvement organization-wide. Required Skills & Qualifications:Extensive Change Management experience spanning more than 7 years. Strong knowledge of change management methodologies

Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and facilitation skills

Strategic thinking with attention to detail and organizational awareness

Ability to manage multiple initiatives and priorities in a dynamic environment

Leadership and influence skills at all levels of the organization
